This beautiful kilim 75% wool 25% cotton is entirely handmade and backed with a 100% cotton backing for better floor grip. The wool used for this rug is from New Zealand. It was selected as one of the softest and best quality wools in the world.

The wool yarn is spun and dyed with carefully selec- ted dyes and stains. It is then woven using ancestral techniques on vertical hand looms by highly experienced artisan weavers. The edging is also embroidered by hand.
